Upon full payment, client owns the visual design. We retain rights to pre-existing tools and portfolio display.
99.9% uptime guaranteed. 10% credit if below threshold.
30 days' written notice. Deposit non-refundable. Monthly services continue to end of billing cycle.
Liability limited to total fees paid in preceding 6 months. Not liable for indirect damages.
Governed by laws of the Republic of South Africa.
